How to design a design-a-thon?

Recently I got an opportunity to design an experience for a Design-a-thon Palette, the annual design-a-thon organized by IEEE-VIT. I have been procrastinating on this case study and a couple of other projects for a while now but I'm finally getting to them all one by one, starting with this one!

How to design your Design-a-thon? [Part-2]

I am never satisfied with my designs and the next day when I will wake up and will redesign most of the components. My developers hate me for this, but I love them more for implementing these changes every time :P. I have been excited about PALETTE and things that were going on along with it.

Eager to know who I am? 👀

I am a 3rd year student at VIT, Vellore. I love to scribble around on Figma, and read anything productive. Furthermore, I love to mix tech design to create innovative products.

My principles: 1. Storytelling is like a gem of skill, through which we can achieve most of the journey in the design process easily. 2. Organize work: I follow the mental box method or HTA of mind while organizing my work. 3. System: Understand the background system before designing. 4. Product Vibe and Music: I believe a lot in the vibe of a product and how it shapes experiences from the start. 5. Empathy: not designing for users, designing with users.
